I have been very cautious about my health this year as it is my new year resolution! I have been doing yoga every and and i am on weight watchers to help me keep my food intake under control! I feel great! Yoga has really helped with my anxiety and I am completely addicted! January and February are going to fly by! There are a lot of exciting things happening: - I am starting my teaching English as a second language course on Saturday! ( which will hopefully land me a job in Bali next year) -my mom is coming to Hali for a week for work so I will get to spend time with her an we are going out to lower deck one night with her work friends! -then Craig Cardiff is coming to Hali and a bunch of my friends and I are going to go see him play a small concert!!! I love listening to him! - on the 16th of February I head to Ottawa before I leave for an amazing family vacation! I am so optimistic about what this year is going to bring ( which kinda scares me because I am graduating!) - I also have 3 papers 2 exams and 3 books to read before my trip! Time is going to fly by! :)))))
